To get started, set up a profile through the VetRaft website and upload your resume along with the services you offer. You will be asked to complete a questioner that will help employers find you.
What is independent partnership?
VetRaft Solutions Specialists operate as independent contractors or business partners who maintain complete autonomy over their professional practice. This partnership model provides maximum flexibility while connecting you with valuable opportunities.
How do I communicate with employers?
VetRaft enables direct communication between you and employers through the platform, allowing you to discuss opportunities, timelines, and scope of work securely.
What are the benefits of 1099 contract work?

When are Solution Specialists paid for services?
Funds are released to you through the VetRaft platform once services are completed and payment has been received from the employer. This occurs after the final invoice is approved and no later than 30 days following service completion.
When are Solution Specialists paid for services?
Solution Specialists work as independent contractors. All paperwork is completed electronically through the VetRaft platform. Solution Specialists are responsible for their own taxes, withholdings, licensure, and insurance, if applicable.
The following documentaion is required
An independent contractor agreement
Any required confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements
Job-specific documentation for the engagement
Submission of a W-9 tax form
VetRaft issues a 1099-NEC for eligible earnings
Does VetRaft offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through the VetRaft platform and depend on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
If an employer cancels before services begin, the refundable down payment (or “hold”) may be returned in accordance with VetRaft’s cancellation policy. Once services have started or been completed, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refunds are processed through the VetRaft website and issued back to the original payment method.
