Does VetRaft offer à la carte services?
Yes. VetRaft offers full program design (such as onboarding, training pathways, or operational frameworks) or for one-off services, including single trainings, consultations, or short-term projects.
You as the employer owns the finalized program and materials, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. For organizations with existing Learning & Development teams, Solution Specialists can collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, a smooth handoff, and successful transition of materials for ongoing use and maintenance.
If VetRaft does not offer a service, you can search the VetRaft Solution Specialist Network of 1099 contractors for desired services.
What is the VetRaft connection fee?
The VetRaft connection fee is only applied when using the Solution Specialist network and covers platform access, specialist matching, contracting, and payment processing. Connection fees apply to services only and do not include travel or lodging costs.
Solution Seeker Fee Structure (Based on Project Value)
Projects under $2,000 → 10% fee
Projects $2,000–$5,000 → 7.5% fee
Projects over $5,000 → 5% fee
How does payment work?
All payments are processed through the VetRaft platform. A refundable down payment (or “hold”) is required at booking to secure the engagement. Final payment is due after services are completed and must be rendered within 30 days of service completion and is done through the VetRaft website.
Does VetRaft offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through the VetRaft platform and depend on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
If an employer cancels before services begin, the refundable down payment (or “hold”) may be returned in accordance with VetRaft’s cancellation policy. Once services have started or been completed, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refunds are processed through the VetRaft website and issued back to the original payment method.
How does pricing work?
Each Solution Specialist sets their own service rates. Pricing is clearly displayed on each profile prior to booking. Connection fees are applied based on service price.
How do I communicate with a Solution Specialist?
All communication takes place directly through the VetRaft platform to ensure transparency and documentation.
How do I post a job or project?
Jobs and projects can be posted on the Opportunities Board where specialists can reach out to you per project.

Enter the role details, scope of work, timeline, location (if applicable), and compensation or budget range.Review and publish
Submit your posting for review. Once approved, it will go live on the Opportunity Board for Solution Specialists to view and respond.
